How It Works

A clear path from booking to answers

Every step is designed around your time, comfort and privacy — with accredited science and results explained in simple terms throughout.

  1. Step 1

    Book your appointment

Choose your test panel and a time that suits you. Booking takes a couple of minutes, and same-day appointments are frequently available. You will receive confirmation with any preparation guidance, such as fasting requirements.

  2. Step 2

    Your sample is taken

A registered healthcare professional draws your sample using gentle, sterile technique. Most appointments take around 10–15 minutes, and we take care to make the experience calm and comfortable.

  3. Step 3

    Laboratory analysis

Your sample is transported under controlled conditions and analysed by our UKAS-accredited laboratory partner using validated, high-precision methods for dependable accuracy.

  4. Step 4

    Secure results delivered

Your results are shared with you securely and confidentially, usually within 4–5 days. You will be notified as soon as they are ready.

  5. Step 5

    Results explained, guidance if needed

We explain your results in simple terms, presented clearly against reference ranges. If a further follow-up is required, we can also connect you with an independent prescribing clinician — a new service we are currently rolling out.

What to expect

Comfortable, discreet and clearly explained

A little preparation goes a long way. Here is what to keep in mind before and during your visit.

  • Fasting may be required for some panels — this will be confirmed when you book.
  • Bring a form of ID and stay hydrated before your appointment.
  • Appointments are private and unhurried, with time to ask questions.
  • You are never diagnosed or prescribed to — results support conversations with your clinician.
